About The Position

HF Sinclair is seeking a Senior Reporting & Analyst Lead in Dallas, TX who will be responsible to lead strategic initiatives across Manufacturing Practices and Innovation; Refining; Turnaround; Business Transformation; Manufacturing, Asset Reliability, and Investment; and other ad hoc business units. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who excels at turning data into actionable insights, managing complex projects, and delivering measurable value back to the business. We are looking for a strategic thinker and visionary—someone who can craft compelling stories with data to influence decisions and inspire change. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a strong record of delivering business value.
Expertise in Power BI, M365, Planner, Visio, and data visualization.
Strong background in process improvement and change management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

Refinery (Oil & Gas) industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership: Drive enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible outcomes.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Lead the development of sophisticated reporting solutions—descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive—using Power BI and M365 tools to inform strategic decisions.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase value across supported business segments.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders to define priorities, shape solutions, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful business impact.
Change Management & Influence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by influencing teams and stakeholders to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.
