About The Position

In this role, you will utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize business processes in the healthcare environment. You'll be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets, crafting actionable insights, and creating interactive dashboards to monitor critical performance indicators. Collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT teams is essential to elevate patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency in the LTSS & Dual Eligible fields.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years working with ETL, BI, and database solutions.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Extensive data analysis experience required.
- Proficient in SQL, SSIS, and Power BI.
- Expert analytical skills for solving complex problems.
- Strong presentation and graphic development skills.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience in healthcare or LTSS and Dual Eligible reporting.
- Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data and reporting regulations is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to LTSS & Dual Program reporting impacting patient care and operational efficiency.
- Design user-friendly dashboards using business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Analyze and evaluate current operations to identify opportunities for optimization and improved patient experience.
- Recommend strategies for operational efficiency and implement changes to workflows.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity through effective data governance.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams for reliable data sourcing and integration.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions with efficient database solutions.
- Create ETL solutions for automated data refreshes and report delivery.
- Transform and present data for informed business decision-making.
- Lead data transformation projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
