About The Position

As a Senior Report Developer, you will work on analyzing and designing data structures to support various applications, new features, taking these from concept to deployment, as part of our cross functional teams You'll have the opportunity to share ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies, and continue to learn We're looking for highly motivated individuals who work well in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-paced environment

Requirements

Experience in Linux environment including basic Unix commands; Knows some Unix
Experience working with team in Agile methodology
Strong data analysis skills, design, and coding experience in financial industry preferably in capital markets/prime brokerage
Strong RDBMS skills - SQL querying, writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, user privileges, object privileges, etc.
Has done performance tuning of stored procedures and queries
Good knowledge of SSRS Reporting services required
Understand glossaries and terminologies in financial industry
Comfortable working on Windows servers and writing windows batch programs
Motivated and able to deliver end-to-end solutions
Good communication skills to both technological folks and business partners
Quick learner, adaptable, has the right attitude to work across teams to find and deploy solutions
Committed to timely and quality deliverables
Team player
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
5+ years working in financial industry is a plus
