About The Position
The position involves testing, repairing, receiving, and shipping various products, including sub-assemblies, Loaners, Certified Pre-Owned items, and customer-owned units. The role requires considerable independent judgment to ensure quality, correctness, and adherence to proper procedures. The employee will work independently to ensure products meet safety, quality, and quantity standards, follow procedures to meet product specifications, and resolve issues independently while updating the support team as required. Additionally, the employee will assist others in resolving their issues, coach peers, and train new team members. Compliance with documentation procedures and maintaining an orderly workstation is essential, along with understanding material flow processes and exceeding productivity goals. The employee will work from engineering drawings and contribute to operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
