About The Position

As a Senior Repair Manager, you will oversee your team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient fleet operations. Use your decision-making skills, integrity, and leadership to drive success and maintain high standards. You will oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution. You will manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections. Collaboration with Branch Operations Management and keeping the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators will be essential. You will also provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred.
  • ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components.
  • Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and at least 21 years old.
