About The Position

As a Senior Repair Manager, you will oversee your team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient fleet operations. Use your decision-making skills, integrity, and leadership to drive success and maintain high standards. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred.
  • ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components.
  • Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Able to travel up to 20% (including air travel) and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts.
  • At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections.
  • Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators.
  • Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
