About The Position

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred. ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus Technical and Organizational Skills You have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components, along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure Leadership and Decision-Making You possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions Technology and Travel Requirements You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, can travel up to 20% (including air travel), and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts Work Authorization and Age Requirement You are at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components, along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Can travel up to 20% (including air travel), and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts
  • At least 21 years old, authorized to work in the United States.
