Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will enhance asset reliability by providing technical expertise to the maintenance function, optimizing time-based and condition-based maintenance processes, and driving improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness. You will analyze equipment history through statistical analysis, predictive technologies, and non‑destructive test methods to identify and resolve significant or repetitive failures. You will use data analytics to understand past failures and current equipment conditions to create long-term improvements in equipment effectiveness. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead the Reliability-centered Maintenance program, including facilitation of analyses, development of maintenance strategies, and alignment with maintenance leadership. Use statistical tools and equipment history to evaluate failure modes and develop data-driven maintenance procedures. Manage the Root Cause Analysis program, including Bad Actor Analysis and facilitation of RCA sessions. Lead Asset Criticality Analysis and the Preventive Maintenance Evaluation and Optimization programs. Partner with capital and project engineering teams to support Design for Reliability and Design for Maintainability. Support commissioning of new equipment, including functional testing and baseline inspections. Evaluate asset life-cycle costs and performance to guide reliability decisions. Lead the Condition-based Maintenance program, including the use of technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, motor circuit analysis, oil analysis, ultrasonic emission, non-destructive testing, and visual testing.
