Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience in SAFe and Agile Methodology
  • Hands-On experience as a Release Train Engineer guiding Agile Teams in providing effective solutions for end-users, particularly in software development projects.
  • Experience handling conflict situations, Interpersonal skills, problem solving and collaboration.
  • Experience working in Software Development Environments managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer Certified
  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
