About The Position

Sinclair Digital Group is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Relationship Manager to join our Drive Auto team and serve as a subject matter expert. This position requires contribution to our company-wide sales endeavor, particularly dedicated to the highly competitive tier 3 auto business sector. In this base + commission role, we require a strategic communicator with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights and industry expertise to nurture and expand client relationships. The ideal candidate will rapidly acquire an in-depth understanding of our internal systems, operational protocols, and sophisticated business review tools. Playing a leading role in the post-sale service continuum, this individual will proactively oversee ongoing campaigns and partnerships, demonstrating exceptional leadership in resolving and managing any issues that may arise, while ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders to guarantee the steadfast retention of existing business. Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Tier 3 automotive dealerships
  • Digital marketing experience, specifically with SEM, Facebook/Instagram, and OTT/CTV
  • 3 years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships as well as a proven track record of successful upsell techniques
  • Highly process-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Adept at creative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proven track record of being curious and solutions-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs
  • Proficiency in Jira service desk
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRMs
  • Experience in the Martech or Adtech industry

Responsibilities

  • Client Retention: Proactively devise retention plans and strategies, involving direct ownership of client communication.
  • Business Reviews: Lead regular business reviews with clients to both demonstrate campaign results and to identify additional revenue opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: identify and pursue upsell opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Campaign Performance Oversight: Conduct proactive marketing campaign audits to offer transparent insights into successes and adjustments to overcome challenges.
  • Sales Cycle Support: Provide crucial support to the sales cycle, assisting with product mix planning, research, and proposal development as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Identify conflicts and demonstrate adept problem-solving skills to support client campaign management effectively.
  • Training and Education: Serve as a support layer for technology and process training, empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve results.
  • Industry Insights: Conduct comprehensive research to deliver valuable industry insights and context.
  • Adaptable Responsibilities: Undertake other related duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
