Serving as the primary dedicated contact for both existing and potential new clients, as well as partner and vendor strategic partnerships, the Sr. Relationship Manager is at the forefront of fostering strong and lasting relationships. Their efforts contribute significantly to new business growth, making them an essential part of our team. Moreover, the Sr. Relationship Manager is actively involved in contract negotiations and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing valuable insights and guidance to secure favorable terms. They are also responsible for defining strategies that ensure successful business outcomes, driving our organization and our clients towards greater success.
