As a Relationship Banker (RB), the role involves building, expanding, and retaining existing client relationships while providing an exceptional client experience. Relationship Bankers offer expert financial solutions by assessing needs and providing bank products and services to help clients achieve financial goals. They market Simmons solutions to existing customers and prospects through daily interactions, outbound calling, business visits, networking, and 'At Work' events. Relationship Bankers are expected to meet or exceed individual and branch goals and may assist clients with account service, maintenance, teller transactions, and problem resolution. They are expected to be professional and positive Simmons Ambassadors. All Relationship Banker positions receive training on products, services, and needs-based conversations. The positions are goaled with increasing revenue expectations from RB I to RB II to Sr RB. The Sr RB will also serve as a liaison for operational items with strong delegation skills.
