SENIOR RELATIONSHIP BANKER The Senior Relationship Banker will open accounts and sell all bank deposit products and services, assists customers with inquiries, problems, and directions and is able to handle consumers loans from applications to closing. This position may also relieve management of some supervisory and administrative duties as needed and must exercise independent judgement and minimal supervision. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Consistently seeks to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive approach in all areas of retail banking. Successfully completes all Teller and CSR tasks and responsibilities within established policies, procedures and guidelines including. Maintains cash drawer in accordance with assigned cash limits, accurately handle currency and balance the cash drawer. Opens all types of deposit accounts for customers. Takes consumer loan applications and assist other lenders. Provides Notary Public services and Medallion Signature Guarantee Builds customer loyalty, establish customer relationships through courtesy and friendliness, including addressing each customer by name. Contributes to a positive environment in the banking center through teamwork, team spirit and coaching Identifies customer needs and refer financial products and services. Generates new business to assist in meeting established profitability goals. Works Saturdays and or occasional extended hours as needed to accommodate the flow of business.
