About The Position

In this role, you will play a critical part in managing regulatory issues within the Financial Crimes Management organization. Your expertise in KYC/AML, fraud, and claims will guide strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulations. You will oversee end-to-end regulatory management processes, including audit responses and remediation planning. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a focus on delivering results while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in regulatory environments.
• Expertise in KYC/AML, fraud claims, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulations.
