PSE's Generation & Natural Gas Storage team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst - NERC / WECC position! Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process. This position supports the continued implementation of a comprehensive strategy to meet the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)/Western Electricity Coordination Council (WECC) compliance requirements associated with our electric generation facilities. This includes working with the Generation NERC/WECC Senior Compliance Program Manager to prepare for self-certifications and audits, train employees on regulations and required compliance, and track new and changing standards and requirements. In addition, plays a key role in developing, maintaining and improving program materials and procedures required for ongoing compliance, working closely with internal PSE departments for compliant outcomes. Works collaboratively with generation facilities, PSE engineering staff, and other PSE Departments to ensure actions to meet compliance regulations. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
