About The Position
An opportunity has arisen to join a growing Regulatory Affairs function supporting global Digital Asset regulatory change management, managing applications for new regulatory authorisations in assigned jurisdictions and ensuring the oversight & timely submission of regulatory reports. The role will encompass the identification, tracking & analysis of regulatory changes arising in the US, Canada, the Bahamas and other jurisdictions across the Americas as identified, affecting Money Transmission & Digital Asset businesses. The successful candidate will also provide assistance to the business in the development of appropriate controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clearly articulating regulatory reporting requirements & ensuring their timely submission, and providing product specific regulatory advice as required.
