As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will be an individual contributor in our Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance group. This position is responsible for supporting self-funded customers by performing a mental health parity analysis. In addition, the position will support outside law firms and consultants who are performing mental health parity analysis for our mutual customers. This role will have a high level of interaction with internal clients and business areas, as well as external customers and their consultants and attorneys. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
