To support our regional expansion, we are looking for a seasoned Regional Program Delivery leader of End-to-End Program Delivery. This position will be based in Los Angeles, California, and will report to the Director of Global Program Delivery based in Los Angeles. As a leader in the Program Delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end (E2E) delivery portfolio within their assigned region (UCAN). This entails leading both full-time employees and third-party partner organizations/professionals from project initiation through to completion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Real Estate, Project / Program Delivery, Design/Construction project delivery in a high-speed and dynamic environment.
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and contracts.
  • Solid understanding of real estate finance and project cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the E2E real estate project delivery process for the UCAN portfolio of buildings from inception to completion.
  • Lead and manage real estate transactions, ensuring project plans are in place and evolving through the E2E workflow.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and colleagues across various departments.
  • Manage the required approvals process and workflow governance.
  • Work effectively with regional developers, landlords, and government agencies.
  • Establish regional partnerships with Architects, Engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Provide clear and frequent communication flow to leaders and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedule, and risks.
  • Prioritize incoming project workload across all markets and ensure resources are assigned appropriately.
  • Manage yearly CAPEX budget, provide accurate & timely forecasting, and create a multi-year CAPEX plan.
  • Leverage global scale & purchasing power to reduce overall costs on goods and services.
  • National and potentially some International travel required.
