About The Position

The Senior Regional Go-To-Market Manager US will play a crucial role in executing Ogury's global Go-To-Market strategy within the US. This position serves as a vital link between global product teams and local market needs, ensuring that strategies, tools, and content are adapted to meet regional dynamics and client requirements. The role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with overall company objectives, driving regional adoption, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully executing sales strategies and offerings in a regional or cross-functional context
  • Strong ability to craft and communicate compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Skilled in designing effective sales packages such as playbooks, one-pagers, sales decks, and presentations
  • Proficient with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (ie Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Metabase) is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A problem solver with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to & implement the regional Go-To-Market strategy & roadmap
  • Create & adapt sales packages offerings and positioning to align with regional or vertical client needs and market dynamics
  • Act as the key point of contact between the global GTM team, local sales, and product teams to gather feedback and business requirements
  • Work closely with local sales teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, PMM and marketing teams to refine features and messaging based on regional and local insights/feedback
  • Analyze regional performance metrics (e.g., revenue, adoption rates, campaign effectiveness)
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve regional strategy and execution
  • Develop and execute a clear action plan based on these insights to optimize Go-To-Market efficiency and maximize revenue growth
  • Support the training and enablement of local sales teams to enhance their understanding and positioning of Ogury's solutions
  • Ensure the smooth adoption of offers, processes and sales materials within the region
