We are looking for a passionate Senior Regional Director to join our team and make a difference. As a Senior Regional Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring teens and delivering leadership training, managing staff to create impactful and fun programs, and managing program budgets and calendars for Jewish teens. SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF As a Senior Regional Director a typical day will include: Manage broad-based fundraising efforts and relationship building Manage and train volunteers. Manage a member recruitment process that expands the pipeline of prospects, aligns stakeholders, and prepares teens to invite other teens to join BBYO. Coordinate and execute large scale regional conventions and community-wide events. Seek out and develop relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more people to grow BBYO, and drive metrics. Participate in organizational projects, teams, and summer programs as assigned to expand the movement and strengthen teen leadership. Requirements

  • Preference for those with experience with youth or teens in an informal education setting
  • 4-8 years of work experience, 2+ years managing a team
  • A bachelor's degree or higher
