About The Position

Beecher’s Handmade Cheese is scaling our premium frozen entrée business nationally, and we’re hiring a Senior Regional Account Manager – Frozen to own all frozen accounts across the Midwest and East Coast (excluding a small set of named national customers). This is a high-accountability, high-travel role for a true hunter who wants real ownership, not a narrow book of business. You’ll be in the field, leading brokers, calling on retailers, and driving execution across a large, complex territory. Location: Anywhere in the Midwest or East Coast What You Own This role comes with true ownership, not just activity. Full responsibility for all frozen accounts across the Midwest and East Coast (excluding select national customers) 50%+ travel to customer markets, brokers, and store visits. Distribution growth, line reviews, and resets SKU-level velocity and post-reset performance Forecast accuracy and supply coordination Broker leadership and accountability across assigned regions Clear prioritization across multiple banners, doors, and decision-makers Retailer-specific strategies for both natural and conventional channels In short: You own outcomes, not just activity. What You Bring 7+ years of CPG sales experience with meaningful the frozen category. Direct ownership of multiple regional or mid-tier accounts Proven ability to: Win and expand distribution with limited trade spend Lead line reviews and resets Manage SKU-level velocity and make hard calls Own forecasting and service-level conversations Experience across both natural and conventional retail Strong broker leadership skills Comfort operating independently with 50%+ travel Strong Fits Often Come From Growth-stage brands with limited trade budgets Large territories with lots of doors and decision-makers Premium or specialty food where pricing must be defended Roles requiring sustained field presence and autonomy Compensation & Benefits We believe great ownership deserves great rewards. The starting salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements
