About The Position
The Senior Recruitment Partner is a key role within the Human Resource Management & Development (HRMD) department at GW, responsible for managing the full recruitment and hiring process for both regular and temporary staff. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR staff to attract and retain a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with the university's mission of excellence in teaching and research. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding, as well as participating in recruitment activities such as job fairs and orientation.
