About The Position

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact Sales, Customer Engagement roles, ensuring seamless hiring experience. Partner with Senior leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. Own recruiting for specific roles in Delivery/Engineering teams as per business priority. Strategize with hiring teams to craft compelling talent attraction methods that bring in top-performing professionals. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the nuances of sales roles and tailor recruitment strategies for maximum success. Proactively build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline, keeping top sales candidates engaged for current and future opportunities. Deliver market intelligence by providing insights into industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and sales talent movement. Leverage data-driven recruitment, maintaining accuracy in the ATS and providing regular reports to optimize hiring performance. Drive continuous enhancements to recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and securing top-tier sales talent.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in hiring for sales roles (Mid and Senior).
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented and strong at multitasking.
  • Process oriented yet agile enough to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with broader business functions like delivery, engineering, and sales organizations.
  • Experience negotiating and working with mid-sized companies/startups.
