Duke Energy’s Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for an initiative-taking and professional Senior Recruiter to support our Plant Operations & Corporate functions. The mission of our Talent Acquisition team is to attract top talent to Duke Energy and build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will have good relationship management and recruiting skills along with effective communication skills. This Senior Corporate Recruiter drives the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner. In addition, this recruiter must demonstrate a proven commitment to provide qualified talent pools, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate, and displays behaviors and attitudes consistent with Duke Energy’s core values. This role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. It will be critical for this individual to stay current with industry trends, developments and changes especially related to a high-level talent pool.
