Position Summary The Senior Recruiting & Communications Coordinator provides operational, scheduling, and communications support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring consistent professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. This role supports high-volume recruiting through strong attention to detail, organization, responsiveness, and message alignment. In addition to core recruiting coordination responsibilities, this role supports internal and external recruiting communications, including job postings, hiring announcements, hiring manager communications, and professional networking or social media updates tied to open roles and talent initiatives. The Senior Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, HR, and Marketing (as applicable) to ensure that recruitment activities are clearly communicated and aligned with company brand standards. Work Arrangement Location: Onsite / Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
