About The Position

The Senior Regional Field Recruiter at Camping World is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the company's Field Operations, which includes Dealerships, Retail Stores, Service & Maintenance, Distribution Centers, and Call Centers. This role involves collaborating with regional leadership to develop and implement effective hiring strategies aimed at attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven success in recruiting candidates from entry level to management level.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively about recruiting and maximize current resources.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in retail, skilled trades, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple candidate sources such as job boards, recruitment fairs, and direct sourcing to find candidates.
• Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Negotiate job offers and complete pre-employment screening.
