Responsible for interviewing, referring and hiring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, clinical and management positions throughout the Company. This position requires an emphasis on clinical ancillary staff hiring (medical assistants & front desk). Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions, an excellent knowledge of clinical functions, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
