About The Position
The Senior Recruiter at AMS plays a crucial role in supporting client hiring managers in filling vacancies within the investment banking sector. This position requires a strategic and client-facing individual who can develop and deliver excellent recruitment services while ensuring quality thresholds and KPIs are met. The Senior Recruiter is also responsible for mentoring junior team members and building strong relationships within the hiring manager community to enhance the recruitment process.
