ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position and will require you to come into the office to meet with your customers 2 days per week. In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting strategic priorities. You will work with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals. In addition, you will support strategic business development opportunities by identifying key personnel and providing input into developing tailored talent acquisition strategies.
