About The Position

Sodexo Live!’s Airport Lounge Segmen t is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle, high-volume frontline recruitment for our premium airport lounge locations nationwide. This role is instrumental in ensuring our lounges are staffed with exceptional hospitality professionals who deliver elevated guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality or contract dining recruitment background, excels in fast-paced environments, and operates with strong organization, agility, and a solutions-driven mindset. This is a remote role. Candidates should reside near a major airport. Travel (30–50%) is required to support hiring events and on-site recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume frontline recruitment, preferably within hospitality, food service, airport, or contract dining environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and speed
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with an established and actively maintained talent network
  • Experience with volume Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Paradox or similar platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and lead with urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions

  • Bilingual in Spanish- preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for frontline hourly roles including food & beverage, custodial, and in-unit operations positions
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for both immediate and future staffing needs
  • Drive just-in-time hiring initiatives while maintaining forward-looking workforce planning strategies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing demands and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Source, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing channels
  • Lead and attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong community partnerships to build sustainable, diverse talent pipelines
  • Utilize data, market insights, and recruiting metrics to meet and exceed hiring targets
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned with Sodexo’s premium brand standards
