About The Position

The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting PrimeFlight’s internal recruiting capabilities. This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting across assigned business units, training and developing Recruiters, and partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates. The Senior Recruiter also supports PrimeFlight start-ups and site expansions and serves as an embedded subject matter expert on talent acquisition best practices and execution. This role partners closely with business leaders across the organization and brings industry-specific knowledge, a strong understanding of frontline, leadership, corporate, and technical roles, and a consultative approach to strengthening the Recruitment function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting skilled labor and high-volume hourly recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
  • Excellent dependability and attendance
  • Travel requirement less than 25%
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday
  • Pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting for our assigned business unit’s front-line positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
  • Promoting PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth
  • Create SOPs and workflow efficiencies across the Recruiting function
  • Represent Recruiting for startups and new business
  • Conduct high volume, repetitive daily touch points with candidates through various communication channels including calls, e-Mail and texting
  • Train and develop new hire Recruiters
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
