This is a seconded position, meaning the selected candidate will be employed by ITAC but work on assignment with one of our clients. While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. Objective We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who can lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across multiple business functions while delivering a high-touch, consultative hiring experience. This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving recruiting processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a ever changing environment
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level professional and leadership roles across multiple business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to provide a consultative, high-touch recruiting experience
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition team, and HR Business Partners
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools to manage recruiting activities and reporting
  • Uphold compliance with all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and organizational information
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement recruiting process enhancements
