In this role, you will serve as a senior-level talent acquisition partner responsible for much more than full-cycle recruiting. You will be the primary operational partner to the Recruiting Supervisor, providing high-level support and continuity across the Recruiting team. You will lead key programs, manage external partnerships, and support the City's hiring needs while also advancing our recruiting systems, data, and strategy. You will oversee major programs such as temporary staffing, internships, seasonal hiring, and volunteer partnerships; maintain and improve our applicant tracking system; and support high-visibility projects and recruitment initiatives across the organization. You will also provide expert recruiting support on complex or sensitive recruitments, mentor and guide Recruiter I staff, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
