A Brief Overview The Senior Recruiter plays a strategic and hands-on role in delivering full lifecycle recruiting support for designated business units and across all functions. This role partners closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to develop talent strategies, build pipelines, and ensure exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and analytics to influence decisions, shape workforce planning, and optimize recruiting outcomes across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior-level or specialized roles.
  • Typically 3 years as a team lead, coaching junior recruiters.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with executives and senior leaders in a consultative recruiting capacity.
  • Advanced experience using applicant tracking systems (Oracle, Eightfold, LinkedIn, iCIMS, or similar) and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to build and interpret recruiting dashboards and metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP compliance, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of functional disciplines (Finance, Operations, IT, Engineering, etc.).
  • Drives process consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Utilizes analytics to measure success, forecast needs, and guide recruitment strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s preferred.
  • Experience in vendor management and cost-per-hire analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Act as a consultative partner to senior leaders and hiring managers by developing and executing tailored recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and create proactive sourcing pipelines for critical and niche skill areas.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruiters and coordinators; serve as a subject matter expert on complex hiring challenges.
  • Utilize labor market analytics, compensation benchmarking, and competitor intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and advise leaders on hiring trends.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards to track performance metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.
  • Partner with the Talent Marketing team to enhance employer brand presence through social media, professional networks, and targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction reflects organizational values and creates a positive brand impression, from initial outreach to final disposition.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency, implement process standardization, and drive compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements.
  • Leverage ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms to improve workflow automation, candidate engagement, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and sourcing vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality talent delivery.
  • Monitor cost-per-hire, agency spend and recruiting budget allocations; identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving quality of hire.
  • Represent Talent Acquisition in enterprise initiatives such as system upgrades, process reengineering, program enhancements, etc.
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices into all stages of recruitment and proactively attract diverse candidate pools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
