GovWell is hiring a Senior Recruiter to help us scale our team across business and technical functions. This role will own hiring for our go-to-market and business teams end-to-end, while also supporting technical hiring as needed. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across the company to run high-quality, efficient hiring processes from intake through close. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the funnel, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and consistent evaluation standards. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we hire as we scale, helping build repeatable processes, improve signal in our interviews, and ensure we consistently raise the bar. This role is ideal for someone with an in-house or embedded agency background who is comfortable operating with ownership, moving quickly across roles, and stepping into technical hiring when needed. We have a hybrid work culture that combines regular in-person collaboration at our New York City office (3+ days per week) with flexibility to work remotely.
