About The Position

Million Dollar Baby Co. is looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join our Talent Management team. As a Senior Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to work with Hiring Managers on recruiting and employment brand strategy along with our SVP of Talent Management and our CEO. In this highly visible role, as the Senior Recruiter you will ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly recruitment process; work closely with a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Relationship Management – Your fans include Candidates, Interviewers, Hiring Managers, and Recruitment Partners. You have a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Drive for Results – You bring the drive to see processes through end-to-end and ensure you deliver top talent every time; data and metrics are a motivator. You are self-motivated, able to work and think independently, and fearless in pursuit of answers to questions – creative, resourceful, and action-oriented.

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in building reports and presentations (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides).

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across departments including Marketing, Branding, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Development, Finance, IT, and more.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with accuracy and manage all candidate correspondence.
  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure you're investing in the highest-ROI channels.
  • Write eye-catching job postings that represent our brand.
  • Partner closely with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
  • Proactively communicate candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
  • Build trusted candidate relationships and drive offer approvals and negotiations.
  • Support and grow the Million Dollar Baby Co. Employer Brand through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Built in LA.
  • Create automated weekly recruiting metrics and funnel reporting for hiring managers.
  • Lead proactive sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, sending targeted outreach to prospects and generating strong response rates.
  • Train hiring managers on inclusive sourcing and structured, anti-bias interviewing practices to improve candidate experience and hiring consistency.
  • Lead campus recruiting efforts at local universities to build early-career talent pipelines.
