About The Position
As a Senior Recruiter at CME, you will be a key driver of our growth, taking complete ownership of the recruitment process for niche, hard-to-fill requisitions in the AEC space. In this strategic, full lifecycle role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to source, engage, and secure top talent while continuously enhancing our talent acquisition processes. You'll also be responsible for providing regular, detailed reporting updates to ensure all hiring parties are well-informed throughout the recruitment journey.
