As a member of Kawneer HR Team, the Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of functions and locations. You will execute recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers. This role focuses on high-touch internal customer relationship management as well as ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will serve an expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for process excellence.
