About The Position

The Senior Recruiter at Whirlpool Corporation will play a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for professional-level roles across various business functions. This position involves collaborating with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, developing sourcing strategies, and executing recruitment initiatives. The recruiter will also provide insights on market trends, advise on job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, successfully hiring professional-level talent across diverse business functions.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using advanced techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and present diverse slates of high-quality talent across assigned business functions.
  • Proven experience partnering with and advising hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.

  • Expertise in utilizing modern recruitment tools, including CRM and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for professional-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Leverage modern recruitment tools and innovative methods to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner with leaders and business partners to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on talent availability, marketplace trends, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Advise on and negotiate competitive offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and best practices.
