Responsibilities

  • Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and making offers for roles of moderate complexity.
  • Captures and compiles standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process.
  • Serves as a key contributor in a larger human resources and business ecosystem, participating in meetings/projects as assigned.
  • Provides standard consultation to business partners and candidates on the hiring process.
  • Builds relationships and consults hiring managers on talent needs, gaps, and skills aligned with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with various Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.).
  • Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies.
  • Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
  • Presents and negotiates standard offers for employment to selected candidates.
