About The Position

The Senior Recruiter will lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments, ensuring the acquisition of aligned talent in a timely and efficient manner. This includes managing the recruitment of interns, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand business needs. The role also involves driving the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and delivering coachable, trainable talent with the necessary skills to execute the company's mission. Additionally, the recruiter will act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, collaborate with internal teams to promote the employer brand, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles.
  • Experience in talent acquisition for fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data and recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with COE leaders to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Work closely with the onboarding team for new hires.
