THE ROLE You will lead the talent acquisition strategy for our Public Sector GTM organization, serving as a critical partner to senior leadership in scaling high-impact FED and SLED teams. By translating business goals into actionable hiring roadmaps, you ensure our sales territories are staffed with elite talent capable of driving revenue growth. You differentiate our brand in a niche, competitive market, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate our hiring bar and secure the future of our public sector presence.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the Public Sector (Federal and SLED) GTM talent landscape, including knowledge of clearance requirements, partner ecosystems, and niche technical skill sets within infrastructure or security sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and challenge hiring assumptions using data-driven market insights to shape workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Advanced sourcing and storytelling skills used to build long-term relationships and attract high-performing passive candidates within highly competitive, niche talent pools.
  • Mastery of complex offer negotiations and compensation structuring, with the ability to navigate high-stakes closing scenarios with credibility, poise, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Sales leadership to design and execute long-range recruiting strategies for FED and SLED territories, ensuring headcount goals directly support regional revenue and expansion targets.
  • Leverage deep Public Sector market intelligence and talent mapping to identify and engage elite GTM professionals, building a sustainable pipeline that anticipates future organizational needs.
  • Drive hiring excellence by coaching interview panels on rigorous assessment frameworks and bias mitigation, ensuring high-quality, data-driven selection for every business-critical role.
  • Architect and lead the end-to-end candidate experience for mission-critical searches, managing complex executive-level negotiations and closing strategies to secure top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.
