About The Position

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the recruiting efforts for our next phase of growth. This role will focus on recruiting for executive positions such as CFO, CTO, CRO, and VP Broadband Services, as well as engineering and field teams that support our fiber builds. The Senior Recruiter will define roles, calibrate compensation, map competitors, source passive talent, and close candidates under tight deadlines. The position is based in Las Vegas, NV, and operates in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 5+ successful VP/C-suite placements.
  • 3+ years of experience in telecom, fiber, utility construction, or adjacent infrastructure technology.
  • Proven ability to manage 10–20 concurrent searches and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in direct passive sourcing and high-stakes negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive searches for positions including CFO, CTO, CRO, and VP Broadband Services, including position specs, scorecards, sourcing, assessment, references, offer design, and closing.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches across executive and technical ladders with weekly service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build direct-sourcing engines through competitor mapping, targeted outreach, referrals, and partnerships with schools/workforce partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership on compensation and equity ranges, as well as closing strategies while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Operate the recruitment funnel in the human resource management system with clear analytics and dashboards.
  • Support the onboarding of key staff in new and existing markets as a key resource on the Stimulus HR team.
