About The Position

The Farmer's Dog is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for leading the full-life cycle recruiting process for our non-technical corporate positions. In this role, you will partner with key leaders to strategically source and attract outstanding talent to support our rapidly growing business. You will build and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that consistently represents TFD values and mission externally in the hiring market. You will own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, which include sourcing, screening, candidate communication, and Hiring Manager partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Solutions-focused, creative, and collaborative approach to strategic sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience as an inclusive, approachable, and authentic recruiter.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, highly preferred.
  • A love for dogs.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the recruiting strategy for the departments and roles you support.
  • Own the full-cycle structured recruiting process of roles from intake meetings to hire.
  • Source top prospects for open roles; proactively identify creative approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality.
  • Use insights from data to advise iterations on recruiting tactics and strategy.
  • Build and cultivate Hiring Manager relationships for assigned roles.
  • Independently run kick-off meetings, build structured interview processes, implement sourcing strategies, and deliver offers.
  • Establish tailored communication cadences with Hiring Managers, setting expectations and demonstrating value as a strategic recruiting partner.
  • Fully own recruiting projects - i.e., set goals, craft frameworks to measure success, and deliver excellent results.
  • Communicate milestone wins, and roadblocks of projects to your manager and stakeholders.
