About The Position

The City of Cupertino Parks and Recreation department is recruiting for Senior Recreation Leaders to work in our summer programs for youth, teens, and families. Under limited supervision, the Senior Recreation Leader assists the Recreation Coordinator in planning, organizing, supervising, and leading recreational activities and other related work as required. Senior Recreation Leaders plan and lead activities for youth, teens, and families in a variety of Recreation services. The Senior Recreation Leader is assigned to the Cupertino Parks and Recreation department and represents the City before the general public. This position emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and customer service. Job duties will vary depending on program areas assigned to.
