Texas A&M University System — Real Estate Office is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the commercial real estate industry and has a track record of success in transaction management, market and financial analyses, acquisition, disposition, appraisal review, and leasing activities. The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an assigned portfolio of complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry, transaction process, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
