Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years - Related work experience in a real estate client relationship management role.

  • Working knowledge of Procore and CoStar
  • Ability to interpret project schedules, plans, and financial assumptions

Responsibilities

  • Project & Portfolio Planning (Primary Focus) Maintain a forward-looking, integrated view of the WE project pipeline across: Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Transactions, Strategy (planning alignment, not strategy ownership), Construction Project Management, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Flight Operations, Business Systems & Intelligence Align scope, timing, and dependencies across multiple functions Translate approved direction into execution-ready plans Identify execution risks, sequencing conflicts, and readiness gaps early
  • Intake & Decision Support Support the Steering Committee with planning-focused intake summaries Highlight execution considerations, dependencies, and readiness—not strategy debate Enable efficient, asynchronous approvals by ensuring inputs are complete and consistent Maintain clarity on assumptions, scope boundaries, and handoffs
  • Execution Coordination & Monitoring Act as the planning integrator during delivery Monitor execution against approved scope, schedule, and cost assumptions Surface exceptions early and coordinate cross-functional resolution Ensure continuity from approval through closeout
  • Reporting, Dashboards & Planning Insights Provide real-time planning and execution visibility across WE Maintain dashboards focused on: Upcoming work readiness Cross-functional dependencies Schedule and sequencing risks Compare planned vs. actual outcomes to improve future planning accuracy
  • Airtable & System Integration Ownership Own Airtable as the primary WE planning and integration platform Design workflows to support: Intake review and routing Project planning and sequencing Portfolio-level visibility across functions Integrate and reconcile data from: Procore (construction delivery, cost, schedule) CoStar (lease data, exposure, key dates) Reduce manual reporting and improve data consistency across WE teams
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with leaders and teams across: Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Transactions, Strategy, Construction Project Management, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Flight Operations, Business Systems & Intelligence Act as a trusted planning partner who enables teams to execute efficiently
