The UHS Asset Management Group is hiring a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager to manage property performance, leasing opportunities, capital programs and loan compliance for a portfolio of medical office buildings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience prior asset, property management experience.
• Tenant relations
• Exposure to real estate law
• Proficient in lease management
• Valuation and financial accounting acumen

Responsibilities

• Manage third party property managers and leasing agents. Provide oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals
• Negotiates leases and contracts
• Develop strategies for each property. Prepare business plans as required
• Analyze and monitor property performance and market conditions. Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
• Oversee capital and tenant improvement projects
• Assist with pre-acquisition input in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions and supporting the effort of debt financing.
• Assist with activities involving disposition of assets
