About The Position

We’re seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Real Estate Analyst to support our institutional portfolio transactions. This role is central to our platform—underwriting deals, leading execution, and managing the full transaction lifecycle for large-scale SFR and BTR portfolios. You’ll need a strong sense of ownership and the ability to 'quarterback' complex transactions from start to finish. You’ll be the hub connecting cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and key decision-makers, ensuring that deals progress smoothly, accurately, and on time.
