About The Position

We are seeking a senior level consultant with strong hands on experience using SCANRDI. This individual will support the development of a Rapid Sterility Testing methodology, train team members on the equipment, and provide validation expertise for the system and its use.

Requirements

• Senior level hands on experience with SCANRDI
• Experience using SCANRDI in support of rapid microbiological or sterility related testing
• Direct experience developing methodology around Rapid Sterility Testing using SCANRDI
• Direct experience validating SCANRDI equipment
• Ability to train others on equipment use and validation practices
• Strong technical communication skills and ability to work closely with a team

• The ideal candidate is a true SCANRDI subject matter expert who can come in, train the team, help establish a practical testing methodology, and provide hands on validation support. This is a specialized role for someone with direct SCANRDI experience, not a general microbiology profile.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on SCANRDI equipment and its practical use
• Develop a methodology for Rapid Sterility Testing using SCANRDI
• Lead or support validation of the equipment
• Teach team members how to validate the equipment
• Provide hands on technical guidance related to SCANRDI use, implementation, and validation
• Support knowledge transfer so the internal team can maintain and apply the process
